Les Mills Shapes 

An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility

Les Mills Strength Development 

Bring the gym workout to the studio – a full body foundational strength workout focusing on technique with a traditional strength training structure. Suitable for all fitness levels, from experienced lifters to those just starting out who want to learn the fundamentals of strength training.
