Our brand new 10 week pilot course

Our weekly seated yoga classes for pain sessions include; seated yoga, time for mindfulness and the opportunity to socialise. This class is for anyone living with long-term pain (lasting more than 6 months), take each session at your own pace with alternative movements offered throughout.

Seated yoga - specifically built to aid your long term pain, with alternative movements offered throughout
Mindfulness - take time to be present, stay grounded and relax
Socialise - a great opportunity to meet others going through a similar experience
Thursdays 1.30pm-2.30pm, priced at just £2.50 per session.
