6-week Pilates courses coming soon

A beginners progressive course of Pilates, covering a brief history of the movement and looking at a variety of different movements each week. You will also learn how to work deep postural muscles to strengthen your back abdominals and pelvic floor. As you progress, Pilates equipment can be added to the classes.

This is a great introduction to Pilates, with the small group nature allowing more individual attention throughout.

All courses run for 6 consecutive weeks, with the following start dates:

  • Saturday 17th February - 10.00am
  • Monday 19th February - 12.00pm
  • Thursday 22nd February - 8.15am
