High intensity interval training that is effective and functional, helping you to burn more calories and get fitter quicker.  

Tuesdays at 5.15pm - 5.45pm 

Extreme Conditioning

This total body workout will test your strength and stamina while taking your conditioning to a whole new extreme level.

Wednesdays 9.15am - 10.15am

Group Cycling

Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 45 minutes.

Thursdays 6.15pm - 7.00pm


We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are called exercise in disguise. 

Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm 

Flow Yoga

Yoga moves flowing from one to another, mostly standing.

Wednesdays 7.30am - 8.30am

Chair-base Exercise Class

Very low intensity workout aimed at people wanting to improve strength and posture. Exercise bands are used within the session to increase strength for people who are de-conditioned, or coming back to exercise following operations or illness.

Thursdays 10.45am - 11.30am


Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout. Build strength, flexibility and definition in this chilled out class. 

Thursdays 7.20pm - 8.20pm 

Les Mills Dance

A 45-minute high-energy workout that will challenge and move your members. Each class includes 10 stand-alone tracks, each introducing new choreography. The workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warmup and cool down. It incorporates innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired by global dance genres.
